Return Policy
We accept return requests within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. Once your return request is approved, you will have 7 days to ship the item back to us.
Returned items must adhere to our returns policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
- If provided, items must include original branded boxes and dust bags, placed inside a protective box for return.
- Footwear must be tried on with care to avoid marking the soles or damaging the shoe box.
- Security and brand tags must remain in their original positions if attached.
- Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, along with all branded packaging and accompanying documents.
- Vintage or pre-owned items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Please handle your purchases with care and ensure they are returned in the same condition as received. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Additional Information:
Customers are responsible for return costs if using a method other than our standard return service.
If returning an order from a different country than where it was delivered, customers are liable for the return costs.
How to Return
In line with our commitment to minimizing our environmental impact, our return instructions are entirely paper-free.
We encourage you to reuse the original packaging your order arrived in for returns. If that’s not possible, please use a suitable alternative.
When returning an item, please ensure you arrange the collection or drop-off within the same country or region where your order was delivered.

- On your request, to ensure a faster process, please share all information required, including:
- Order Number
- Return Reason
- Pictures (in case you received a wrong or faulty item)
- Return documents will be provided to you by our team
- Attach the documents provided outside of the packaging and return it using one of two methods:
- Free return collection at your original address
- Free return at a drop-off point near you
When your package is collected or dropped off, make sure you ask the courier to scan the label so you can track your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received by our merchant, it may take up to 7 calendar days to process. After your return is accepted, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 14 calendar days for the refund to appear in your account.
Alternatively, we can offer you a refund as THE LIST credit if you prefer. In this case, you’ll receive a promotional code for the full refund amount, allowing you to use it immediately without waiting for your payment provider to process the refund.
To track your return, simply use the Waybill Number from the label provided by our Customer Care team.
